Fair Way are experts in dispute resolution, helping New Zealanders in conflict for over 20 years. Sparks Interactive and Fair Way have been in partnership for over 10 years.
Sparks originally built a Drupal 7 website for Fair Way back in 2015, which served as an ideal platform for conflict resolution for a number of years. Typical for D7 the site grew in scope and feature-set over the years keeping pace with the business as it evolved.

THE PROCESS
In late 2022, Sparks and Fair Way worked on a proposal for a Drupal/Sector 9 rebuild, simplifying the site to match Fair Way's updated brand vision with a clarified user experience. This delivered clear and easy pathways, informative content, and a modern visual design. The site was successfully delivered on time in mid 2023, before following the natural Drupal/Sector 10 upgrade path in 2024.
The updated Sector 10 website offers a way forward for individuals and businesses alike, through its clever themed sections. The main goal of the build project was to connect and filter users to the relevant team at Fair Way with ease. No easy feat when the Fair Way team covers over 20 different sections of dispute resolution.
A fresh approach to the design and content for these websites created a much clearer and friendlier experience for users. Where the sites had been formal and text-heavy, they are now lighter and guide users through the dispute resolution process in a more approachable way.
After the rebuild of the websites, the partnership between FairWay and Sparks continues, with Sparks keeping the sites up to date with security updates and providing support for any requests FairWay has.
