KidsHealth

Redefining paediatric health in Aotearoa

Overview

KidsHealth had been on Drupal since 2011, with a long tenure in Drupal 7. With the impending D7 EOL, 2024 saw the website jump from a very customised Drupal 7 platform, to a completely reworked Drupal 10 (Sector) platform.

WHAT WE DID

The primary focus was on improved design, IA and UX of the site to give clear hierarchical delivery of important health information, as well as improved pathways to the content for users.

A brand refresh was also delivered as part of the project to be more modern and legible, but be similar in feel and structure to the previous brand to retain a sense of trust, authenticity, and authority.

Their words

The KidsHealth team are ecstatic with the results of our recent website upgrade. We had definite ideas about what we wanted to achieve with our new website but we also put a lot of trust in the Sparks team to guide us to the best outcome.

It was a truly collaborative effort and the super friendly Sparks team made it as stress free as a website upgrade project can be. We relied heavily on the Sparks team’s extensive industry knowledge to help bring to life our vision.

We now have a highly functional, accessible and aesthetically appealing website thanks to the incredible hard work and passion of the Sparks team. They exceeded all our expectations.
